Where do you deliver?

We deliver across eligible Toronto & GTA areas (including Toronto, North York, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough, Etobicoke, and Mississauga).

Enter your postal code on the Delivery Area page (or the postal code checker) to confirm availability before building your box.

What are your delivery days and cut-off times?

Delivery days: Sunday and Wednesday.

  • Sunday delivery: orders close Friday at 10:00 PM (ET)
  • Wednesday delivery: orders close Monday at 10:00 PM (ET)

If a cut-off has passed, that delivery option will be unavailable and we’ll show the next available delivery date.

How does “Build a Box” work?

Choose your plan (Box of 5 or Box of 10), then pick your meals from the weekly menu.

  • You must select exactly 5 meals for Box of 5, or exactly 10 meals for Box of 10.
  • Meals are listed by category (Chicken / Beef) for quick selection.
Is there a limit on beef selections?

Yes — to maintain pricing and availability:

  • Box of 5: maximum 2 beef meals
  • Box of 10: maximum 4 beef meals

When you reach the beef limit, additional beef selections will be disabled.

What happens after I place an order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email. We prep your meals in small batches, label them clearly, and deliver on your selected day.

Please make sure your delivery details are accurate (including Unit / Condo / Buzzer Code if applicable). You can also choose Leave at door (no contact delivery) and add delivery notes at checkout.

PAYMENT & POLICIES

How much is tax and are there delivery fees?

Plan pricing is displayed as + HST. HST is calculated at checkout.

If a delivery fee applies to your address, it will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

When is payment taken and what payment methods do you accept?

Payment is taken at checkout when you place your order.

Available payment methods are shown on the checkout page (for example, credit/debit via your payment provider).

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel or change your order before the cut-off time for your selected delivery day.

After cut-off, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations because purchasing and production begin.

What if something is missing, incorrect, or there’s a quality issue?

If there’s an issue (missing items, incorrect items, or quality concerns), contact us within 12 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Food safety, storage, reheating, and allergens

Meals are perishable and must be refrigerated as soon as possible after delivery.

  • Storage: keep refrigerated upon delivery. Do not leave meals at room temperature.
  • Reheating: reheat thoroughly before eating (microwave/oven times vary).
  • Allergens: meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen and may contain or come into contact with common allergens (e.g., dairy, gluten, eggs).

All meats we use are halal. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, contact us before ordering.
